Terms of Service (TOS)
✧ Treat me and my other customers with respect.
✧ Contact me only about commissions and ych's.
Please don't force me to communication on other topics and RP, it makes me very tired.
✧ I reserve the right to decline commission at any time before payment is received.
✧ My first language is Russian and I have a basic understanding of English, so there may be some things that I don't understand.
✧ I have ASD (autism spectrum disorders). Because of this, I may need to take a break from time to time, but I will always let you know in advance. When we are discussing the commission, please be direct with me.
PAYMENT
✧ Payment by card with Boosty/Hipolink, Paypal via EasyStart.
✧ Complete payment upfront, no refunds (due to restrictions in my nation)
✧ YCH is paid out after a claim has been made or a bet has been won. Commissions are paid out after receiving a sketch.
ADDITIONAL FEES
✧ Ordering NSFW (Not Safe For Work) drawings is only available for customers 18 years of age and older. If you purchase a commissioned art or YCH, you agree that you are 18 years or older..・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.I WILL DRAW:
✧ feline, furries (cats, dogs, foxes, rabbits, the rest is discussed), humans, any gender, SFW/NSFW, backgrounds, fanarts, stickers ✧.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.I WON’T DRAW:
✧ chibi, some fetishes (guro, copro, vore...), mechs and complex mechanisms, hypermasculinity, excessively obese body types, stomach bulges, pregnancy, large amounts of violence/gore, сhild pornography/sexualized minors, diapers, inflatables, encasement, racist/sexist/homophobic/transphobic etc. themes, fascism/nazism ✧.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.✧ If you have an order for a character with clothes and you would like two versions, one with clothes and one naked, the price will be increased by 50%.
✧ Detailed backgrounds are being discussed. I will also charge extra for more complex backgrounds.
✧ Add a character +80%. If you want art with one of my OC (Tricia or Lynn), I will not charge as an additional character.
PROCESS
✧ The deadline is three weeks. If I need more time, I will let you know.
✧ During the work, I send several stages: sketch, coloring and finished drawing.
✧ I can make simple changes at the sketching and coloring stages for free. If more complex changes are required (for example, completely redrawing a specific part), I will need to charge an additional fee. Simple changes at the stage of the finished art are discussed.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
✧ You are free to repost any of my SFW or NSFW works, as long as you give me credit for the artwork.
✧ You are free to use the commissioned work for any personal or non-commercial purposes.
✧ You are free to print the commissioned work for any non-commercial purpose.
✧ I always ask for permission before publishing commissioned work or YCH.
✧ The characters depicted in the artwork are the property of their respective owners. Or you must have the permission of the character's owner.
✧ My characters belong only to me. If you want to use my OC's (Tricia or Lynn) for art, write to me.
